Function

The Office of Business & Operations accounts and monitors the monthly payroll checks for all District employees, payments to all vendors, investment of all District resources, timely debt service payments and the accountability of all grants and resources generated by the School District.

 
Mission

The mission of the Office of Business & Operations is to provide sound fiscal management to the District including: Compliance, Budgeting, Facilities Planning and Construction, Procurement, and Maintenance and Operations.
