Accelerated Reader Students will get the opportunity to read and test on books read. Students must maintain an 80% average on all tests. Students who meet their goal will recieve a medal at the end of the six week. Kinder 4 books(secondsemester) per six weeks 1st Grade 6 books per six weeks 2nd Grade 10 books per six weeks 3rd Grade 14 books per six weeks 4th Grade 18 books per six weeks 5th Grade 20 books per six weeks Resource Students 8 books per six weeks Students will get the opportunity to read and test on books read. PK Reading Goal Students in PK will be taking a book home on a weekly basis. Parents will read the book with their child daily. Parents will return book to the library on Friday and sign reading log to confirm book was read with child. Students who meet their goal will recieve a medal at the end of the six weeks.
Kinder Reading Goal The 1st semester students in kinder will be taking a book home on a weekly basis. Parents and students will read the book together. Students will draw a picture about the story. On Friday, students will return book to the library with their picture. Parents will sign to confirm reading and picture were done. The 2nd Semester students will need to read book with parents, draw a picture and write a sentence about the story. Students who meet their goal will receive a medal at the end of the six weeks. |
