The teacher must make sure that all the students have turned in their Student Agreement for Acceptable Use of the Electronic Communications Systems prior to planning a lesson using the Internet. A Library Request Form along with the lesson plan for those students whose parents denied access should be turned into the librarian and a meeting must take place to discuss expected outcomes and objectives, as well a discuss appropriate Websites, one week prior to the lesson. Please have a copy of your lesson plan and a list of the Websites when you come in to reserve a date. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO LESSON PLAN-NO INTERNET. The teacher must supervise his/her class at all times and the class should be informed by the teacher that inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated in the library and can result in loss of Internet privileges and/ or library use.
