North Grammar Elementary

Philosophy
The North Grammar Staff believes that "all students will learn;" therefore, to insure a child's success in his education and productivity in his environment, we will strive to provide him/her with the necessary instructional programs and conditions which will bring about those results.

Mission Statement
The North Grammar Elementary faculty and staff recognizes its responsibilities in developing each student to be a productive and responsible citizen in our society. Meaningful teaching practices, for mastery of the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills, will cause students to acquire knowledge of basic and higher order thinking skills.

The faculty and staff will constantly use praise and positively recognize students to promote a positive self - image and feelings towards themselves and others.

Parental involvement through the Parent Teacher Organization and parent workshops will help link communication between parents and teachers. Together, the school and parents will constantly strive for excellence in the instructional, physical, social, and personal development of each student.
