Veterans Middle School Drill Team competed Saturday, January 28,2012, at South Padre Island Convention Center. The girls received Sweepstakes in the Team Catagory of (Jazz, Hip Hop, and Pom Routines) . They also received an Academic Award for having the Highest Academic Averages in a Middle School .A small group of 6 girls competed in the Officers Division and also placed a Division I and received the Judges Award for scoring above 93 from all the judges on their Novelty Dance. "A Special Thanks goes out to Alexia Figueroa for helping us with the Choreography. |
