* Birth Certificate
* Social Security
* Immunizations
* Parent or Gaurdian Photo ID
* Proof of Residence (any utility bill under the parent/guardian's name)
* Previous School Records - (attendance, Discipline and grades)
SE REQUIERE PARA MATRICULACION:
* Acta de Naciemiento
* Numero Social
* Tarjeta de Vacunas
* Identificacion con foto de Padre / Guardian
*Prueba de Residencia (un recibo de utilidad bajo nombre de padre/guardian)
* Documentos Escolares del año anterior (constancia de asistencia, conducta y calificacion del estudiante)
